You are in Service Mode here which is not recommended....
Did you get to the "screen calibration" by holding down the GLOBAL button or were you trying to get into diagnostics some other way?

I don't no how i go in service mode. I just turn on keyboard and see this. After that turn off and again turn on and everyting is ok

It is not intended for user access and there is nothing the user can do in there except from seeing some version numbers..
Most probably your MENU button is sticking in pressed position thats why it entered there at boot without you doing anything..
