My Monologue unit is latent when synced via MIDI (dawless, BSP master clock). At 120bpm it's about 1/2 a step behind all the other sequencers.
Has anyone else experienced this and can it be fixed/compensated inside the Monologue? Really driving me crazy as I love this synth but I cannot get it in Sync with my live rig.

That's weird mate, in my DAW has the audio interface latency but that's it.
It's weird since you're using hardware only.
I know it sounds stupid but did you try to use another cable or port?
Check in the settings of your Monologue how your midi sync is, I'm not in the studio but you should have midi clock midi, midi clock usb+midi.
I know the "rise" and "fall" is related to 5v sync port but try to change that too.
I sequenced my Monologues by midi or sync from the Electribe without problems. |
