Hi,
I need to change the setting on my KP3+ where the default parameter is off (no sound) and when you touch the screen the sound goes through. I have been experimenting with the KP3+ editor without success. Any advice?
Thanks. |

Hi DrT
Iirc it's a small black switch on the back of the unit you need to switch.
You want direct mode as opposed to send mode. |

Hi, thanks for the suggestion.
I tried and I didn't get the effect I need.
I am basically trying to use the KP3 as a gate where the finger touching the screen sends the signal through.
Here is a video I made to try to illustrate the problem better.

Hi again.
It looks like you are using a Crossfade program. These are for sample playback of the ABCD sample banks- via the touchpad.
Try another program group - but not sample programs either (these behave the same).
Use filter or delay programs, or any of the others, then set your black switch "send".
Hope this works. |

OK thank you! will experiment with individual effects.
IS there a way to edit the parameters of the effects? |
