Hi Lew,

I'm not looking for radical new features or pretty GUI stylings. I'd just like to see fixes for three SEQ mode bugs that keep catching me out!

1) Not recognising track Play/Mute statuses when switching between SEQ slots in SET LIST mode.
I've detailed the bug before in another forum topic (click here), and I even made a downloadable example to replicate the issue. Although it's not the end of the world, it's not ideal in a live situation when you want to chop from one song to the next without a gap to keep the punters on the dance floor Wink !

2) Punch-in recording into measures before a pattern inserts a spurious 'empty' measure.
Let's say I have a piano track with Pattern U01 playing in measures 23-30. I then select Auto Punch In, specify measures M019-M022, locate at measure 18 and record a 4-measure bridge part before the chorus pattern. The Track Edit tab shows me an empty measure after my punched-in recording, and the pattern is pushed forward to measures 24-31. Even weirder - in MIDI Event Edit view, there are *TWO* 'header' lines both for measure 23 index 0, viz:
023 #000 -----------BAR----------- Meter: 4/4
023 #000 ---Pattern U01 M01--- Meter: 4/4 Shocked
What do you think happens if I try to delete the 'empty' measure 23 to bring the pattern back? Try it for yourself - it's not pretty. Confused
{Update: I've just had another go without even playing anything during recording. If I let it run beyond the punch-in measure range before pressing STOP, you get the problem.}

3) Adjusting Beat/Tick of events in MIDI Event Edit view *sometimes* throws me to a completely different measure.
(I know it's a bit obsessive to edit event timings, but sometimes I go a bit OCD; bear with me...) If I use the v and ^ buttons to nudge the timing of a note from 03.000 to 02.479 and back to 03.000, I might find the view has suddenly changed after the v button, and because I wasn't looking at the screen, the ^ button has now changed the timing of some random note event in some random measure instead!

Silly bugs like this can completely distract from the flow when you're in the zone, and you have to down tools and work out where you are and what damage has been done. If you have an "in" with someone at Korg, then by all means - please pass this on!

Many thanks,
- G.
