Since there is no global de-compression function , we have always to keep a record of uncompressed SETs , learn for next time !
I think that Pa Manager utility has a banch function for de-compression.

I decompressed my set through the Korg Pa Manager, was long and took sometimes but it did it successfully.
I loaded the decompressed set in Pa4X, tested some styles and it looks to me ok except the need of twinkling of some style tracks volume.
During examining of my samples I found 11 No REF samples. I tried to delete them through Korg Pa Manager but it didn't let me to do that.
Every time I right-click on a No REF sample a menu pop-ups but it disappears as soon as I move my mouse to select the Delete function.
