Hi
I recensed several errors messages when I copied some folders from USB to hard disk
- problems with "Folder not found"
- problems with "individual names"
- problems with timeout
sometimes no errors messages but folder not copied.
(I used Copy to method)
Is there somewhere a troubleshooting guide where I coud get infos on these errors ?
Did you experienced such problems yourself ?

First verify if the usb format is fat32 (it may work also with exFat).
Then, create another folder in USB and copy evrything from that folder to the new folder and try to copy again.
If there are to many files, try to seperate to few folders.

It looks as if errors occur when I select folder containing too many files
As you wrote It's better to separate folder into different parts and copy them one at a time ... |
