|

Hi Guys,
So, one of the features of os v3 next, is that “You can now copy Keyboard Sets between Styles and SongBook Entries to easily shift programming to other songs and styles”.
Does that mean you can copy a user STYLE from a different .SET to your own loaded .SET with all the user samples already attached to the Style? Without you having to load each sample individually and assign it to that style? (And if that style has different user samples on each variation, that process becomes even more complicated and time consuming, as I’m sure a lot of you are aware.)
I know that sounds like something impossible, but it’s something I’ve been trying to do for a long time and I know it’s been discussed here before, but I really hope this new os has a new way arround this time consuming procedure!
Can anyone share some wisdom on this? _________________ alex |

Really not sure on this but I think that you may only get samples loaded when you load the SOUNDs.
Might try it later...

Hi Alex,
I think coping styles and copying Keyboard Sets are different things. |

“Easily copy keyboard sets”
Just made sens out of that sentence while I was playing my Pa4X. Pressed the dropped down menu on top right corner of screen, and found the option to “copy keyboard set”. It allows you to copy a sts settings from one style to another.
I guess the process of copying a user style with user samples from one .SET to another .SET will never really be an easy process. Kind of disappointing as 90% of the stuff I play are user samples not factory sounds. Trying to combine .SETs is near to impossible for me and many others as there are A LOT of samples to load individually and assign the to the right location for the STYLE to sound right...😭 _________________ alex |
