I have spoken to KORG support and they were not able to help with this issue.

I reinstalled the Operating system file using a SD card and then tried to load the musical resources file (Pa500_res_v119.BKP) But I keep getting the error: The backup File is Damaged.

I have attached an image of the error. I have tried downloading the file on different computers, different SD cards and nothing seems to work. Thanks for any help!

If you downlad Pa500_res_v119.BKP from Korg https://www.korg.com/us/support/download/software/1/188/2458/ you get a zip-file with 5.558 KB. Unzip that file to a SD (size 5.975 KB) you should get a clean backup-file ready to be restored to your keyboard.

Maybe you did not unzip resources or you use SDHC - better use SD, preferred 512MB, 1GB or 2GB max.

Yes this is exactly what I did, to a 1GB SD card and I get the same error message every time.
