Trying to get the SQ1 to midi out sync with my Microkorg. Tried it on the original and a XL+ but nothing.

Hi,

I guess you want to sync the mK(XL+) to the SQ1 via the MIDI out of the SQ1?
You should then configure on the mK to use the external clock. Although the auto mode should work as well.
I vaguely remember that the SQ-1 only transmits decently the clock when it is used standalone. (E.g. it can not be used to convert a sync in signal to midi master clock)

If this does not help, I try to set it up at my side (SQ1 + mKXL) later this week.

Bye.
