"please turn the kronos off wait for 10 sec , and than there it back on"
When playing music on the stage, the screen closes with this message.
what is the reason of this ? have you ever experienced ... I would like help

the Kronos error messages are cryptic. Could be any of 10 reasons.
If you google the forum you will find similar topics.
Most gigging Kronos owners have a UPS plus a voltage regulator [ as needed]

I don't know your country- I read that some Kronos owners also have a voltage regulator. Kronos demands consistent power.
Since you gig, move your K around, consider checking your SSD SATA connection. And re-seat the 240 pin RAM.
This is a few [no cost] of several trouble shooting steps.
I also recall a detailed post like yours last week or 2 weeks back.

Was your Kronos excessively warm when it created the message ?
Thats something you should be aware of.
