I did a search and I think I missed the topic twice....
Can somebody point me to the topic/post where Korg agrees to for users who purchases multiple Kronos boards to be able to use the expansion they purchased on both boards, where you have to email them to get it all setup?
I am going to purchase another Kronos X 88 in the near future as I am going to start back playing in our church. This time though my church is a 1 hour drive so I need to have one at the house to setup everything up and practice then one up there at the church....
I was told on a facebook group to look for the topic/post on here but I am missing it somehow...
Any help is very much appreciated... |

From what I remember, you're given some sort of discount on the purchase for the 2nd registered Kronos. I don't think they let you load the expansion on more than one keyboard. _________________ Sam

I don't think that topic exists! If I'm not mistaken, it is one library per Kronos.
What you probably heard about is where someone's Kronos is damaged beyond repair and the person gets a replacement Kronos. Korg has helped people transfer their library licences.
The exception is that those of us who bought 3rd party libraries for the OASYS are able to use them on the Kronos. There was tangible sample media like CDs and download files, and they didn't have the authentication license, like the Korg libraries. You just loaded them in.
Frankly, I wish all libraries could load into your second keyboard, so you could use one in your studio and one on stage. It should be a "User license." |

So am I the only one seeing Korg breaking US laws here in the USA? That's all I'm going to say for now. I've been talking to some attorneys so...... Kurt knows, I told him and he emailed Korg but I guess he never received a response, oh well, guess we will have to go see the judges!!!! |
