I just bought a minilogue xd as my first synth. Today is my second day with it and the button 4 has stopped working. Its light does work but pressing the button itself will accomplish nothing.

The thing is the synth was bought in the US and I'm now in South America. I think I can ship it back for a refund but I'd hate to part with it because of something that seems like it shouldn't be too hard to fix.

Has anyone encountered the same issue?

Is there any button lock / parameter lock on that button in the sequence? Or does it do it on every sequence? You could try doing a factory restart or reupload latest OS too
