|
|
I'm thinking about getting the Minilogue XD module, but using either a Yamaha P125 or Native Instruments A25 to play the notes with it. Both keyboards do not have Midi in/out connection but are connected to my computer with USB.
1. Can I connect the Minilogue XD module to my computer with the USB connection and then use one of my keyboards to play the sounds on it?
2. Can I connect the Minilogue XD module to my audio interface (which is connected to my computer using the USB connection) using the Midi in/out on both?
Thanks for any help on this. |

1. Yes, each USB device will have its own virtual MIDI ports and you just have to match them accordingly inside the computer using your DAW.
2. Yes, just route the keyboard to the MIDI Out on the audio interface (see #1). |
