Does anyone know which piano the name berlin Grand is refering to? Its obvious that Japanese Gran is referring to Yamaha. _________________ JP

I guess it's Bechstein but I'm not sure. |

German grand = Hamburg Steinway
Berlin grand = Bechstein
Austrian grand = Bösendorfer
The other two are of course obvious (Yamaha and Fazioli). _________________ My Kronos 7 |

I understand their reasoning to name the Pianos what they are, I'm just a little disappointed in the naming. I mean, after all the clever program names we've had, "Mr. Gong," "Stratified," "Blizzard of '93," etc. Why is Hamburger Grande not a thing? _________________ Korg Kronos-61, 01/Wfd, SONAR Pro |

the piano type or name is trade marked. Its a tactic to duck trade mark problems and potential royalties.
This workaround does not seem to be a problem for Korg, Roland etc _________________ Kronos 88. MODX8
