Hi!

In order to solve a sound issue I did a factory reset on my Pa1000.
The sound issue is resolved.
However, the Local Pack got uninstalled.
I just want to know whether the Factory Reset would have erased the content/data on the micro SD card which had the local pack?
If not then I can contact the local distributor for reinstalling the pack as they have the installation file on their USB stick.
Please help.

Hi GD,
The Sd card won't be affected after resetting your keyboard.
You should have had the add on file somewhere or ask your Korg distributor to email you the file so you can put it on a USB and install.
Which local Pack did you have on your Pa1000?

Are you sure it was a local pack and not a standard or encrypted set?
