Hi. Going back a while I had, and still have, a Korg 01w. After a while the screen light used to fade and die. Is this the same with the Pa4x? I often leave mine on all day so that it is ready to go at any time. Just a thought.

Those 2 screens are different technology.
There have always been differences of opinions regarding computer gear (i.e. our keyboards too) and whether it is better to leave them on or turn them off.
Personally, I would not leave mine on 24/7 but I can't give you a reason other than I am less nervous about unexpected power surges and also power costs (not that the PA4X uses much power).
Cheers
