I am using a direct drive for all of my songs and set lists. I want to save the added songs and set lists to a safe location, along with the original. Should I use Save All and point to current Set , or rename a new one?

DON'T!!!!!!

"save all" only saves your Internal styles/sounds/songbook-songs etc....
If you save it to the Direct set you will destroy it!!!!!!!

If all your work is on the Direct set then you have to actually copy that SET in order to have a safe copy - DO NOT USE SAVE-ALL

Yes - should be fine and you'll have a safe backup on your PC
