Korg PA4X issue with volume fluctuating from low to loud

Hi, I was using my PA4X at a live gig last week and when plugged into the mixer and out of left & right from the PA4X and also used 2 separate channels to the desk I was encountering the issue of sound fluctuating from low to then a loud volume. I'm on the latest OS V.3.1.0 and also changed the 2 jack leads. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this issue. Regards Nick

Do you have a DI box in the feed?

The master volume pot needs to be cleaned/replaced

Hi Biggles, didn't use at the gig the DI box as it was directly plugged into the mixer with 2 jack to jack. Also I noticed that I had OS V3.0 and noticed that there was a V3.1.0 and I updated it. Amazingly this has fixed the issue and put down to software issue. Thanks

Hi Ari Pearl Music, thanks for the suggestion for the Master Volume to give a clean. So far I have it working as I updated to the latest V3.1.0. Cheers
