Krome Editor App can't find Krome when Cubase was launched

Krome Editor App can't find Krome when Cubase was launched but if i started Krome Editor standalone app before launch my DAW - Krome editor identifies Krome but Cubase does not receive incoming midi signals! While DAW detects a MIDI device and Krome reads outgoing MIDI commands. What could be the problem? All drivers have latest versions.
System: Windows 10
