A couple of troubles with KP3+

Hey,
I bought a used Korg Kaoss Pad KP3+ 9 months ago, in a pretty good condition.
But I'm having some hard with it:

1) Some of the effects are not working at all, the KP3 gets the signal in, but it doesn't play anything when I press the pad.
It happens to in Rev1 and some of the Delays.

2) Something is weird with the drivers, because my PC (Windows 10) is recognizing the device is being plugged and it is an audio device, but the KP3 Editor doesn't recognize the device...

I would really like some help...
