Is it possible to use the joystick and a foot switch to control the on/off of the rotary speaker together? Sometimes I want to use the joystick, other times I want to use a foot pedal. Thanks. |

In Global mode, Controllers/Scales, Controllers tab, set the Footswitch Assign to JS+Y (CC#01). Then Write the global settings, to save the change, using the drop down menu at top right of screen. The footswitch and joystick will now both activate the rotary speaker effect. Pressing the footswitch will have the same effect as pushing the joystick to the fully up position.

I have used an AMT mixer for controlling rotary speed with two different controllers (I like to use after-touch plus a foot switch). But voip's solution free's up AMT for other things. |

Downside to voip's approach is that globally changing the footswitch routing will affect other programs/combis, too. Whereas AMT routing can be different per program. |
