Someone understands how the filter works in the Kross 2? I cant get it working. I go to the "tone adjust" section, and messing with the "cutoff" doesnt change the sound at all. I read from the kross operation guide that the "tone adjust" affects the Filter A and B from the "P-filter" section, but when i modify the parameters there, it doesnt change the sound at all. I did try with the low pass and high pass filters (separately). i'm also not bypassing the filter!
The filter only works in certain programs? i'm missing some routing or configuration? |

Hi,
I have a Kross 1st gen. But that should not matter normally.
It might also help to turn down (-99) the EG Intensity in the tone adjust page. The cut-off is a first step, but the Filter EG that gets applied may kind of overrule your setting and e.g. a closed low pass filter may still go open.
Also make sure you do tone adjust on the right timbre of your combo.
Have fun! _________________ microKORGXL, Kaossilator Pro, monotribe, SQ-1, volca fm, Kross 88 BK
