Please help to resolve - I would like to send the time learning the keyboard rather than trying to get it working.

The USB microKEY-37 has two issues:

1) Some keys, like F, do not produce any input to the computer.

2) It plays 2 notes for every key - this may be the cause https://www.steinberg.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7678

Re: the non-sounding keys, it could be that the microKEY-37 is faulty, either the key contacts, or elsewhere, or there is corruption in the firmware. The latter might be fixed by trying a factory reset.

Also, when configuring the device in the software being used for playing sounds, if two MIDI devices are available, try "connecting" only one of them.

Presumably the Korg MIDI drivers were installed *before* connecting the microKEY-37, since doing things in the wrong order has been known to cause issues.
