delay problem, minilogue versus Roland TR8

Hi, i'm new to hardware synths and i have much to learn. I resenctly bought an TR8 and the Minilogue. I connected the 2 to eachother (and Ableton) thru MIDI with the TR8 as the 'master'.

The problem now is when I start the TR8, the Minilogue starts as well but with a couple of millisecondes delay. I have search the web and the manuals for a couple of days now but didn't find an answer.
Can someone help me with this or point me in the right direction please?
