I updated the Minilogue xd from firmware 2.01 to 2.10 and now I've got sync issues. The Drumbrute no longer syncs 100% of the time using the Clock Out port on the Drumbrute. Sometimes it's 100% accurate and sometimes it's off by 1/16th.

In Arturia's MIDI Control Center(MCC) I used to set the Clock In/Out Settings to 1pulse(korg) and it was perfect. Now it only syncs some of the time when it's set to 1step. When I say some of the time, I mean the two devices sync for 4 to 5 pauses/plays then the minilogue xd will be out of sync for a few then back on. Sometimes flipping the MCC's Clock In/Out Settings option will get it back to normal. Any ideas?

At this point, i'm wondering if a MIDI to MIDI cable would be an easier setup between the two devices.

I just got my minilogue xd (starting with v. 2.10) and am currently debating whether I should master or slave it to my Beatstep Pro>Roland TR-8S>Drumbrute Impact. Obviously I also use the MCC.

I always use MIDI cables.

If I find anything hinkey I will chime in again.
