Hi
im using 2 timbres both with arpeggio on diferent midi chanels 1 and 2 diferent from the global chanel that is 16.
On cubase i have 2 diferent chanels for the 2 timbres with chanel 1 and 2.
when those 2 chanels play they play the 2 timbres on same time.
It seems the arpegio link the timbres, cause when switch off the arpegiator on one of the timbres this stops.
ts that normal?
thanks in advance

Hi,
There is only one arpeggiator in the Radias.
You can choose per timbre whether it will receive note data from the arpeggiator or not.
The arpeggiator gets triggered by the notes on the global channel and notes on the channels for timbres where the arpeggiator is assigned to.
So suppose in your case 2 timbres assigned separate channels and to the arpeggiator: notes on the channel of either timbre will trigger the arpeggiator, which will send the pattern to both timbres as they are both assigned to arpeggiator. So I think it is normal what you see.
What do you want to achieve?
Have fun.

I want that the 2 timbres with arpegiattor on dont play the same time. but seems its impossible cause radias have only one arpegiattor.

Hi,
There are also 2 step sequencers that can transpose. It is not the same as an arpeggiator. I.e. you push 1 key (iso holding a chord) to start looping the sequence. Depending on the mode, the sequence may be transposed based on the key you hit.
If the step sequencer would fit your needs you could assign the arpeggiator to one timbre and the step sequencer to another timbre. If both timbres have a distinct midi channel, you can trigger the arpeggiator and the step sequencer separately.
