Not sure why but sometimes when I add drawbars to a style I am unable to turn rotary on/off or change slow/fast.

After trying again to add everything appears to work.

Once I get it in the SB it stays working.

Carried out some more test when you add to:

Upper 1 - OK
Upper 2 - Same as 3 but sometimes Rotary off
Upper 3 - Rotary on but will not turn off, will not go from Slow to Fast

These test carried out with a style adding DWBs as a sound to one upper at a time then going back to original style.

Other switches also not working are Overdrive, Cabinet and Balance greyed out.

If you add 2 or 3 first then to 1 as well they all start to work on settings. Remove 1 and they go back to not working.

The PA4X will not cope with the DRAWBARS sound in UPPER 1,2,&3 hence the problem you are having.

To effectively switch from a DRAWBAR sound to another, save these as KEYBOARD SETs - when switching playing live it is almost as good as the Kronos SST (smooth sound transition)

Cheers

That’s brilliant Pete - I would never have thought of using keyboard sets like that.
