Getting a replacement sent, should have it in a week.
Retailer agreed that the key noises didnt seem right. |

Well, the keyboard is back in my room now. The repair shop said they called Korg again and went through my video and Korg refused the replacement: "unfortunately since the tech and the KORG service department was unable to identify a manufacturer defect they are not going to be able to provide a warranty replacement."
Since I have now had two with the same issue, I guess the replacement may not have made a difference anyway. But it sounds like Korg doesn't think this is an issue. |

So did you get this resolved or did KORG become Casio? Well OOPS i just purchased a Casio PX560. Nice Board _________________ KRONOS 2 88, Roland A800,
