Hi
I have microkorg xl+, KP3 and kaossilator pro+.
I buy two midi 5pins cable, but I cant make them sync.
Only made to sync two, when y put the third one, i loose one sync.
I want the clock to sync so i dont have to tap the tempo, and to have te arpeggietor of the microkorg in sync.
I tried sending from the kaos pad to kaossilator, but the kaossilator is in clock ext, so cant send clock signal to microkorg

Hi,

It ain't gonna work with 2 MIDI DIN cables. You can sync any combination of 2 out of the 3 devices, but not the third one. This because the second device will sync to the first one, but at that moment it will no longer transmit/forward the clock to the 3rd device over its midi out.

You'll need a 3rd MIDI DIN cable and a MIDI Through box. Something like this: http://www.midisolutions.com/prodthr.htm or this http://www.midisolutions.com/prodqth.htm.
They allow to route the MIDI clock from the first device to 2 or more devices to be synced.

Your setup will then be:
* Source clock device MIDI OUT to MIDI IN on Thru box
* MIDI Thru box MIDI OUT to MIDI IN synced device (2x°
