Hello Trinity lovers!
I have the ProX and everything was working fine until I removed the floppy disk to install an USB emulator.
I did it carefully in order to do not touch anything else or damage any part. After installation, I found out there is no sound coming out from the workstation. Everything works fine but no sound when connecting the headphones nor mono. All the wires are in place, nothing is out of normal. I looked for some information about the issue on the internet and had no luck. Global local is on. As of right now, I have no clue about why there is no sound coming out. I installed the floppy disk back and same issue, no sound, but all functions are working.
Any idea about what happened and how to resolve it?
Thank you! |

Try going to GLOBAL mode and check whether LOCAL is on or off. |

Sorry, I missed the point where you said that you'd already checked! |

I got an answer from KORG USA tech support. I paste the email I got from them. I will try to do it later and keep you posted in case someone else has the same issue
The email reads as follow:
Quote: | You could install the os update version 3.11, available at the link below, to see if this corrects your issue.
https://www.korg.com/us/support/download/product/1/213/
You could also initialization the Trinity Pro X by hold entering and 0 while turning it on the keyboard. In addition, you can also reload the factory data by using the Factory Disks TFD00P and TFD01P.
Please make sure to backup all your custom data before performing any of these procedure since it will be lost.
If still unsuccessful, please have the Trinity Pro X repaired by a technician at a Korg Authorized Service Center. Please visit https://www.korgusa.com/KorgDealers?tab=service to find a listing of service centers closest to you. First enter a current Korg product: KROMEEX, your Zip Code and then click on search. |

Fixed it!
There was a bunch of cables not doing a good connection between the keyboard and the motherboard. Now they are back in place.
Thank you! |
