Loving the Opsix so far! I just wonder why the storage limit for patches is limited to 500. With the thousands of Dx-7 patches available storage fills up pretty quick. The wavestate doesn't have this limit. |

Probably not what you want to hear, but why the need for so many? I understand that you want to have them all, but will you really be using them all?
I'm actually tossing away patches of which I'm sure I'll never use. Out of 100s of bass patches, there's probably only a handful that you'll really prefer over the others and thus use. Clear the view. |

I guess it really depends on what your workflow is. I'd like to have as much variety as possible and importing a few dx7-sys files will fill it up pretty quickly.
Having said that it's not a big problem, I'm just curious why the limitation is there. Although the Wavestate is a different machine, I think it is also build on the Raspberry Pi and has virtual no limit of storing patches. |
