|
|
hey there, I've been having a weird problem with the Volca beats. I'll record a kick in step mode and when I switch to 'live' mode the drum that I just added plays back 'in time' or not as fast and scattered/natural as I had played it when recording.
it's strange cause I was trying to re record a live beat I made and now can't get the Volca beats to record live and not play back stiff, in time, quantized or whatever.
I've tried all kinds of- following the little sequence light-at different points to no avail.
am I missing something simple I may have triggered in the past?
any help is much appreciated as my neighbors must think I'm a crazy person trying to recreate this beat.
hope all is well

Anything you record on a Volca Beats will be quantized to "stiff, in time" 16th notes, regardless of how you record it, as is the case with most other Volcas, with the exception of the Volca Keys, which can also be quantized to 128th notes in Flux mode. |
