I have the stereo cable (which came with the Volca) going out from Headphones to my audio interface (Roland Quad-Capture). The problem is that I can plug it to Audio in mono channel only - and the sound quality is quite poor, very low, and there's a lot of hiss noise. I don't understand why the hiss sound comes, and from where exactly.
How to do you connect properly the Volca Sample to your audio interfaces?
extra info: The sound is OK when I have headphones plugged directly to the Volca, but if I am using the stereo cable from Volca to the interface, and listening through Cubase (0db), there's a lot of hiss noise. |

Volca Sample2 owners - did you manage to get the sound out clean without extra hiss noise? If yes, how do you do it? Which cables are you using? |

ok, I found a similar topic (no idea why I didn't see it earlier - probably wrong words in search or something): http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=125823&sid=c0531fda7456ed93657b6ff1dba6f760
so I am gonna try that another cable. I am just confused and disappointed that Korg couldn't add the correct cable with the package. |
