We've been trying to reach James regarding his cars extended warranty.

Sorry, couldn’t pass up the opportunity. But hope all is well with Sharp and like to thank him for all that he does for this community.

Sorry all. I’ve been consumed by some family issues. My father had a heart attack and stroke. Plus there’s other things going on right now that have taken me away from normality.

Musicbysterling, your yahoo DNS is blocking VPN traffic. I’ve resent the same email 3 times, but the last time I sent it I tried it without a VPN and it didn’t bounce, so, are you all good. Did you get your files?

Just to let you know, I'm a few days away from releasing updates, so full MAC support including native M1 chips and enhancements are about ready to go. So hang onto your download links as they will be updated.

Kind regards
Sharp.

EDIT... Your Yahoo DNS is still bouncing emails. I've just send you all the download information directly through Pay Pal. Is everything ok?

If you got the Kronos library direct from me through the Irish Acts website, then this predates KORG's EXs activation codes. So you actually don't need my help at all. The files you have should load directly into your KRONOS without any problems, and without any activation codes.

Does that help? If you are still stuck just let me know and I'll get you sorted.

Sorry for the delay.

Kind regards
Sharp.

Thank you. At this moment, we are simply glad he is still alive. If he behaves and takes it easy, I think he will be fine. Fingers crossed.

Kind regards
Sharp.

Hi James,
I didn't know you had family problems, and I'm sorry for that...

Concerning the EXS 90, my new Kronos 2 asks for an activation code and I didn't keep the serial number (I can't find back the order and download e-mails)...
I don't know how I can manage having this set working on my new K2...
It's not that important, don't worry about that and take care of yours...

Hello.
Rest assured, I’d prefer to get you up and running again. All I need to know is did you originally buy it from KORG, or did you get it directly from me.

If it was bought from KORG, then KORG manage all the activation codes and they should be able to help you out.

However, if you got it direct from me a good while back, which is possible as I released that library long before KORG ever sold Exs libraries. Then there are no activation codes and the library will simply work. If for some reason you missed placed that version and have since tried to download the version from KORG’s website, then that won't work without activation code.

Simply put. If it was KORG that sold you the library, then only they can help with the codes. If it were me, then I can directly help.

Kind regards
Sharp.

Hi Sharp,
I got your message via Paypal. I downloaded the files, but am a bit confused about the unzip sequence. I'll send you a PM with more details.

Hi James,
I bought it directly from you but I can't find the emails with order and download links. In the private message I sent (a few weeks ago) I gave you my name/billing address and possible email I used for the order...
As I don't have my first Kronos anymore, I don't know if the files I stored on my PC HDD to load them when owning a new Kronos are the good ones : I have an EXS 90.sins file...
For the moment, I have a lot of work and I 'm just trying to reinstall my "old"favorite libraries (Everything 's ok with K-Lab and Stephen and also Qui Robinez sets, but I don't know how to do it with IA Kronos Assault)..
