Any updates for shipping for the US or Canada?
I'm in Toronto/Canada, I ordered the same week it was announced. My original ETA was end of August....which passed by quickly....then September 7....now was told November/December. |

Neither my dealer nor his distributor has any information as to the ETA!
He says the whole country has been waiting for them since July!

Finally, I received my 5X-76 from Audioworks, CT yesterday!
Set it up and fired it up and the first impression was wow. The sounds are unique and full-fledged, and the styles are great. I am not a power user, but I enjoy playing with factory styles & sounds, so I was impressed.
So, what struck me was that it was heavy and oversized, slightly more serious than the 4X, so I would imagine if people used it to do a lot of gigs, it might be cumbersome and would get scratched/damaged easily.
Also, what was glaringly missing were the choir and scat voices! I could not find any! I miss the older legacy styles that were omitted, but those could be imported and converted after the December update.
Meanwhile, I will be swamped trying to learn all the new features of this fantastic KB! Very happy with it.

Thanks Uday.
I wondered if they might have updated it given the delay in getting out new shipments.
I've got one on order in the UK so I'm hoping we'll get some shipments here soon.
Cheers
