My keyboard is at the shop for warranty repair. |
This sounds a bit like having to authorize the sounds/the board..? Am just popping by here from the Kronos section, as my Kronos 73X has started the same issues you had first. I reinstalled the OS completely, so far it works again (original SSD). _________________ Kronos 2-88 & X73, Kurzweil MicroPiano, Spitfire Albion V Tundra, BBCO Core, Nylon Guitar Ilya Efimov, Xtant Audio Uilleann Pipes - in use

My Nautilus 73 freezes up sometimes. The screen becomes unresponsive.
This has happened at a gig, but not every show. It seems to happen more often during programming, especially if I tap settings too quickly. I just loaded the latest OS, so I am hoping that it helps. As we all know at a gig this can be annoying as a 3 min penalty is a whole song. I bought the Nautilus as a lighter alternative to carrying a Kronos. We do a lot of 1 nighters, and I prefer to carry 1 keyboard for quicker setup/teardown. I will have to bring a second keyboard to cover any lapses by the Nautilus freezing. Hopefully I can eventually fix it. Maybe a warranty claim or a new larger (better) SSD in the future. Regards.
