Any thoughts on using the Pa5X (88 key) as a VST controller...?
Not as a dedicated controller - but in addition to everything else the Pa5X does... |

A quick skim of the manual and I see it has 9 Assignable Sliders, 9 Assignable Buttons, but, the lack of information in the manual is odd around this subject.
Given the Pa5X is a new product line when you look at this from an OS point of view, I would assume since the manual doesn’t clearly indicate that the 9 Assignable Sliders, 9 Assignable Buttons are assignable to Midi CC’s, then chances are they are not.
So, it’s possible as a Midi Controller, it’s functions maybe limited. The MIDI Implementation chart in the manual is actually very odd and bear for a KORG keyboard. Maybe this is all planned for some future update.
