I guess you can call me a helper to Global Sounds because I gave permission to use samples and sounds that I developed for the Lionstracks Groove XR product, which sadly did not make it to market. But I am not an employee or partner in GlobalSounds so I think I can be objective here.

Global Sounds recently send me their Rhodium edition bundle for the PA4x and I think this is the pack you should go for if you are thinking of purchasing from GlobalSounds. The sounds have all been improved compared with the earlier Karma pack, and there is more work done on sample editing and FX. The end result is a wonderful set of guitars, wind instruments, pianos, synth and oriental sounds and loops.

Today I have been playing the "Whitney EL Piano" which is one of my favourite EP's .. due to the detail and differences from pp to ff nuances achieved using multi-layered samples. I played many of the guitars in the pack and even to an amateur guitarist ears, these sounds knock the socks off the factory guitars.

I am a friend of Timur and I asked him about making this pack available to users who purchased any earlier version. Existing customers will get a discount of 59 euros off the pack price which is 229 Euros..

Hi Rob,
I'm struggling with Karma. I've discovered my songbook entries disappeared and sounds I had loaded into user tabs over a period of time also disappeared. Managed to get the SB back by loading the SB from the set I saved before I started the Karma loading process. The existing sounds are also overwritten in the user area. Not having much fun at the moment. Regards, Ross

Dear Rosco
If you have a saved backup, you are ALWAYS secured and are able to reload it to your keyboard.
It’s impossible to delete all and not be able to reload it again if you have all saved properly.

I think the file must be in your backup!

I understand the issue here, and I will try to help.

I made a complete SET backup (ALL) before I started with the installation of RESET and Karma Platinum SET files. Before the installation I did Sound/Rec/delete all samples, multisamples, drum samples recommended by Timor.
I discovered I needed to unprotect GLOBAL (under global/media/global) before I ran the installation of the 2 set files.
Once the installation was completed, I noticed that my SONGBOOK had all the STYLES/MIDIS I had created over 6 years had disappeared. I then went back to SET backup (ALL) and just loaded back in the SONGBOOK. This reinstated the missing STYLES/MIDIS, which was a enormous relief.
I also noticed the Karma Platinum SET file had overwritten the sounds/drum kits in the user area.
