I posted this in the TR section, but figured it's probably more of a recording question.

I'm trying to do some recording with the D3200 and TR.

Essentially, I need some information on how to connect/setup these 2 units. I would like to do some editing and looping in the d3200 after I record my keyboard parts so it would be cool if they were both synched up via midi (for tempo, etc.)

I have my midi cables hooked up to both machines, but I'm unsure of the steps and settings (transmit, MidiClock, slave/master, etc) needed to get the units "talking" to each other. The manuals aren't very clear on how to do this.

Can anyone help me?

Much appreciated!

Hi. I also had questions about this because I want to midi an Ensoniq SD-1 to a D3200. Maybe this link will answer your questions. Good luck!
