|
|
I would like to take some of my instrumental improvisations and transform them into musical notation. they currently are either .wav files or .mp3 formats. I have yet to find someone who has had an answer. My goal would be to transform the .wav files into .midi files and then somehow notate them in a program like "Finale". Is it possible? _________________ row-jay |

Yes it is provided your wave files are only one instrument. ie piano only or solo voice. If you have multiple tracks or instruments your probably SOL. You have to get the file into midi format then import into your program. My concern is programs like Finale don't play well with midi files sometimes. _________________ And there was this one time at band camp...... |
