Sort of kicking myself in the head. Around May of 2007 I bought an in-store model MicroKorg at Guitar Center for $250. Keyboard was 100% functional and if I wasn't a moron I would have put down the extra money to get a warranty on it. Anyways, the resonance knob doesn't work anymore, completely non functional, and when in edit mode the microkorg does not even respond or catch. I've called some places around town but I feel like the repair is something that could be done on my own, maybe not. Does anyone have any ideas or has anyone experienced this problem before? Thanks

The store didn't give you any warranty at all? Or just a 90 day one?
If there's no warranty, you could try opening it up. It could just be a broken solder joint on the resonance pot. |
