|
|
Hi,
I'm using Cakewalk and I'm trying to get the software to transmit MIDI information to my R3.
I'm using USB to connect the synth to the PC. USB driver is installed and I know the are communicating as the library works - I can see the MIDI data in the logging window.
Do I need to set anything on the synth to receive MIDI information from Cakewalk?
Any other ideas as it's not working! _________________ Regards,

If you have the librarian running, Sonar won't be able to see the R3. Shutdown the editor, and restart Sonar and it should show up. That's how it is on my system, anyways...I wish I could run the editor and Sonar at the same time. |

OK - thanks for the tip.
I think I've resolved it now - I don't think Cakewalk was setup to output to the correct MIDI channels. _________________ Regards,
