|
|
Hey, I'm new to this forum as well as Korg keyboard in general. While I love the interface and the features, I'm having trouble using my Yamaha pedal to control the sustain. At first I thought it might be an issue of compatibility but when I dial in the parameter globally and use it for Tap Tempo it works perfectly. This leads me to believe I need to change something in the patch I'm using even though I've set the switch controller parameter to sustain (sustenuto?) Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks. |

Yamaha pedals are opposite polarity from everyone else - but do not despair. Unlike the Yamaha, the Korg is adjustable
Press Global
Press the Page + button 2 times to get to the GLOBAL 0:System page for FOOT:Foot SW Assign.
Use that pointer thing and go down to Damper Polarity. Change it from - to +
All set !
