Balance between sequencer 1 and 2??

I came across a problem with playing midi files on sequencer 1. When I put the balance slider on the sequencer 1 side there is no sound but when I pick the same midi file for sequencer 2 and put balance slider on the sequencer 2 side it works normaly. This issue started occuring after I loaded a new set for the keyboard. I think it has something to do with Global setup but i cant find anything on there. Can somebody please help me out ?

I know this is too simple to be a solution, but when you are in Song Play mode/lyrics page, is the correct sequencer number pressed ?
