|
|
Whats up guys, sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I couldnt find any vintage korg one...
Anyways, I've been trying to use my newly aquired poly-800 as a midi controller... not working. I have the manual but I just can't seem to get it right. Is anyone familiar enough to explain me step by step what channels and anything else I have to change so that it will work? I'm using it with software like garage band or ableton. And it works like a charm with my micro-korg. Thanks!

ok, how do you have the poly 800 set up?
there should be a setting in there for midi channel.
there are 16 midi channels available and your software is probably expecting you to be using midi channel 1. _________________ http://www.delicamusic.com
