|
|
I'm having difficulty getting my head round the RPPR.
I want to trigger some bass line riffs (with my left hand whilst playing a melody with the right.
Basically I want a simple bass riff for a C,Bb & F all using the same bass program which is set to track 1
I've managed to record one and play it back but when i record another it seems to cancel out the others. And i've also tried using a different user pattern for each one but still i'm not getting the desired result.
Where am i going wrong? _________________ ESKIMO WALK acoustic band

Hi Pagey
If you have patterns created for U00 and U01, assign them using the following examples.
U00
C#2
U00: PATTERN 00
Track01: TRACK 01
U01
D2
U01: PATTERN 01
Track01: TRACK 01
Make sure you Assign boxes are checked.
Go to page 1 of the sequencer and check the RPPR box and C#2 and D2 should play. |

Thanks
tritex4
I figured it out now and found a small glitch when doing it.
When in RPPR mode (RPPR tab) and I change the key that I'm assigning the pattern to the USER PATTERN defaults straight back to USER 00.
This is why it was throwing me out every time I assigned a new pattern but now I've got it
Thanks again
