(I sure hope my solution isn't in the FAQ, even though I checked...)
I am the owner of a RADIAS. Really, it's my first hardware based synthesizer. I had only messed around with the presets and figuring the thing out until last week. I installed the software and the drivers. It seems that they were either installed incorrectly or I am totally lost....
I am using a Mac OS X 10.4.11. It said everything was installed correctly when installing the USB to MIDI drivers from the Disk.
All in all, I get the Generic Port names that are described in the RADIAS manual. I don't know what to do. I know that the MIDI-USB connection works, because I can see the notes shown in the "Midi in" section, but when in the sound editor preferences, I don't know which option to choose with which assignment. I wanted to download some new presets to the RADIAS and I got the "MIDI device is not specified" error.
Please help me out! I wanna as much out of my RADIAS as I can! Thanks in advance. _________________ Ride the Tiger! |
