Hey All

I am desperately trying to recollect a fabulous piece of music that was used for one of the holiday shows during the 80's/90's. The show might have been 'Holiday' or 'Wish You Were Here' not too sure on that, but I remember the music being excellent.

This might be geeky... but I remember it being in 6/8 with dotted crotchet tempo of around 76-84. It featured a superb synth solo, and I can remember the main tune, and even the synth tune - but without having to write this up or record anything, if you can 'hear' this in your mind (or play the notes on your synth), the background notes (dotted crotchets) were...

E, D, F, D, E, C, G (lower octave and dotted minim - 2 beats) - 4 bars in total
E, D, F, D, G (higher octave and a note of two bars) - 4 bars in total
E, D,F,D, E, C, G (lower octave and dotted minim) - 4 bars in total
E, D, C, B, A, G, A, B, C - followed by drum riff, then enter synth semi-quaver solo

Any use...? Any ideas..?

Cheers all...
