Is there an easy way of finding the loop point in samples when sampling ONLY on the Triton (no computer software)? For example if i am creating a new instrument sound. Crossover Fade works sometimes, but also creates some weird amplitude problems. |

Check out my mini review of Seamless Looper.
http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=17039
It's extremely good and I have not yet come a cross a sample I could not loop with it. And I've thousands of samples with it so far.
If you wish to use just the Triton for looping, then there are also a few tutorials by me on this subject somewhere on the forums that are worth searching for. To a point you can use nothing but maths to calculate the possible loop points. I even wrote 2 little apps in FLASH that will even tell you what the loop points are. Don't' have a copy handy, but it's somewhere on the forum.
Looping samples in an art though. So no matter what type of Maths you use, it all boils down to knowing what your at in the end. Which only comes with time.
Regards.

Wow that review was very well written! I am trying out the demo version now, the website for the program seems to be off line. I found the demo here if anyone is interested http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/zerox_seamless_looper/

Hello.
Yeah not sure what's going on with their website. The owner contacted me asking for permission to upload my tutorial to their website as part of some relaunch. But after they took down the website, I haven't seem any activity over there.
I must send them an email.
Just checked to see if the links to the full version are still active and they are. So they still have all the files hosted on their server. Just no webpages.
Regards.

Hi,
Can someone provide a link to download the ZeroX Seamless Looper v1.51 program? I've looked around, but couldn't find a place to do this.
Thanks... |

Glad to hear it.
As time goes by you will love it even more as you expand on the amount of samples you create with it, and attempt to loop the impossible.
My sampling world revolves around Seamless Looper and Extreme Sample Converter. http://www.extranslator.com/
Between those two, you can pretty much do anything with samples.
Regards.
