How can I setup downloaded O1w sounds into my keyboard through midi cable while my O1W Floppy Drive has out of order since a long time.

Yes, you can use system exclusive data to load and save banks, songs, and settings via MIDI on the 01/Wfd. If you use a Windows PC, get your hands on MIDIOX, available here:

If you're on Mac , you can use Sysex Librarian, available here:

http://www.snoize.com/SysExLibrarian/
